The Office of Public Relations, Communications and Marketing is the district's communication and public relations department. We are responsible for internal and external communications, providing general information and customer service initiatives. The staff is also responsible for many other functions including the writing
and distribution of news releases, publications,
and content for the district web site. The department manages requests
for information, the district's media relations and volunteer program,
the District Teacher of the Year program, and coordinates and photographs other special
events. The office serves as a liaison to internal and external organizations
such as the School Coordinators, the Volunteer Coordinators, the OCSD5 Foundation Board, as well as several
others.
